Electrical Journeyman 

We are now hiring a responsible, self-motivated, Journeyman level electrician with at least 4 years experience in residential, commercial and service work who is looking to grow with our company.

The right candidate will have the abilities and skill set to do the following

• Service calls
• Residential, Commercial, and Industrial new and remodel electrical work
• Tenant improvements
• Low voltage wiring
• Review and layout project details according to provided scope of work and drawings
• Design lighting arrangements and positioning
• Organize power distribution layout
• Familiarity with residential building codes
• Expected to independently perform tasks daily; this role does not involve managerial duties
• Proficient in supervising and overseeing multiple electricians or apprentices

Qualified candidate must be able to produce the following:

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Must have transportation
• Drug free & able to pass a background check
• Journeyman Card a plus
• Hand tools are required
   

PAY & BENEFITS

• Piecework pay structure: Compensation based on completed tasks or units produced.
• Bonus structure is tied to performance metrics such as productivity, quality of work, and efficiency.
• Company vehicle is provided for the right candidate after probation period and insurance approval.
• Travel time compensated for eligible project location.

Work is performed in multiple counties and locations: Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, Dayton, Minden, Gardnerville, Fallon, etc.
